There are two streams in North Carolina named Blounts Creek.  I report on aspects of Blounts Creek in Cumberland County near Fayetteville – a region designated as the Sandhills.

Blounts Creek joins Cross Creek in downtown Fayetteville, several kilometers before Cross Creek runs into the Cape Fear River.
